transavia.com aims for growth during the 2013/14 winter season with city trips, winter sports and winter sun destinations

Schiphol, 9 April 2013 – At 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 10 April, transavia.com will start ticket sales for the 2013/2014 winter schedule. The airline is continuing its growth this upcoming winter with 20% more capacity, primarily through extra flights to winter sports and city trip destinations, and increasing frequencies to winter sun destinations. The last winter season was a successful one, with strong growth in passenger numbers. Eindhoven in particular experienced significant growth, with 45% more capacity and 65% more passengers. This strengthens the transavia.com strategy to continue its growth from rural areas.
