self-service check-in kiosk
You can check in at a self-service kiosk at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. All you need is your booking confirmation code and identity card or passport. Kiosk check-in is possible from 2½ hours to 40 minutes before your flight departs. You can check in your entire group (max. 6 persons with the same surname).

airport check-in
You can check in at the airport using your booking confirmation code and valid proof of identity or passport. When checking in at the airport, take note of the opening- and closing times for the check-in counters:

  • when departing from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol: from 3 hours to 40 minutes before departure.
  • when departing from Paris-Orly or Lyon: from 3 hours to 50 minutes before departure.
  • when departing from Eindhoven Airport, Nantes or Lille: from 2,5 hours to 40 minutes before departure.
  • when departing from Dubai: from 3 hours to 60 minutes before departure.
  • when departing from a different airport: from 2 hours to 40 minutes before departure.

check in on time
Make sure you are at the airport in good time, so you can start your holiday without stress and the flight can depart on time. We want to get all of our passengers to their destination on time; unfortunately, this means we will not be able to wait for you. Therefore, be on time and save yourself the hassle and frustration!
Important: Keep in mind that the check-in counters are very busy during holidays and the high season.

dropping off hold luggage at the airport
If you check in online or use the check-in kiosk, you can drop your luggage off at the airport. At Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Eindhoven Airport, you can do this at the ‘baggage drop-off’ counter. At other airports, you can drop off your luggage at the check-in counter. All that is required is a boarding pass. Every passenger must drop off his or her own baggage. Take note of the closing times for the check-in counters and keep in mind that the drop-off counters close at the same time.
