Hohensalzburg
One of the experiences of a lifetime is the cable train to the Hohensalzburg Fort. It is the best preserved medieval fort in Central Europe, with a view from the top of the Festungberg which at 560 meters high is truly breathtaking. Altstadt (Old City)
Most of Salzburg’s sights are in the Old City. The charm of this area is possibly the most impressive. It is on the UNESCO world heritage list and attractive little squares, fountains, baroque churches, imposing medieval buildings, wrought iron signposts and a great deal more appear everywhere.Hagenauer House
