Salzburg has a surprising selection of bars. As with the restaurants, the traditional items guarantee a successful evening. So go to Salzburg’s fine beer garden, the Biergarten. Try Augustiner Bräu (Augustinergasse 4), where the beer is still brewed by monks, or the Stieglkeller (Festungsgasse 10), part of the Stiegl brewery, with a very fine view. And the list goes on:

Go to the city’s casino in this castle-type building, situated in the fashionable Schloss Klessheim area, for the “ski holiday with James Bond” feeling.
