  • Public transport: transport connections between the big places are quite good. There are dirt-cheap buses, cheap ‘service taxis’ that drive fixed routes, at fixed prices, and ordinary taxis.
  • Your own transport: anyone wanting to see a lot of the country will find that a hired car is the way to go. If you want to explore Cyprus on two wheels you will have to bring your own bicycle; there are no bike hire businesses in Cyprus.
