The Hague is situated near Rotterdam Airport, but also easily accessible from Amsterdam Airport. Busses from Rotterdam Airport take 1 hour. Public transport


The central location makes it easy to travel across the country from The Hague. By train you can easily travel to Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht and Leiden. Please note that tickets are not sold in the train! You buy train tickets at the train station. For price and travel information, please visit the English language website of the NS.

The Hague has an extensive public transport network consisting of trams and busses. You can buy tickets in the trams and busses, but it is cheaper to purchase tickets beforehand. You can buy a temporarily valid public transport card at train stations.
