Marsa Alam is a tourist centre in the making. So you will not find a busy bazaar here. The existing shops are chiefly aligned on scuba diving and on selling souvenirs. In addition, there are also a number of shops that sell Bedouin costumes and accessories and you can obtain special spices and herbs at Marsa Alam that are peculiar to places around the Red Sea.
