Nightlife
Lisbon is a town that takes nightlife seriously. After midnight it is better to go down to the river and visit the larger clubs along Avenida 24 de Julho, the Docas neighbourhood and Alcântara, where nightlife explodes around two o'clock.
The Bairro Alto is the unequalled bar and restaurant neighbourhood. The evening starts here, first having a bite and then going from one café to the next. This continues to about two o'clock, after which people go to the clubs.
Enoteca/Chafariz do Vinho

Pavilhão Chinés
No other bar in Lisbon has so far outdone Luís Pinto Coelho's seventies establishment: thousands of collectors' objects, from model ships to dolls and beer taps in the showcases that cover most of the walls. The drinks are not cheap.Address: Rua Dom Pedro V 89
Lux
Lux is the city's ultimate nightclub.Address: Avenida Infante Dom Henrique
Club Luanda
Lisbon has a pleasant, lively African scene and the real trendsetter is Club Luanda.Address: Avenida 24 de Julho 68
Kremlin
One of the city's most eccentric discotheques, where hoards of young partying Portuguese (and tourists) dance mainly to techno and house music.Address: Escadinhas Praia, 5
