25 September 2009
Only barely has this summer waned before transavia.com gears up for summer 2010, continuing to offer Danes low fares to their favourite destinations – tickets available as of today.
Summer is waning, leaves are falling, winter is looming. Except at transavia.com, where summer 2010 has already arrived. The summer 2009 has offered historically low prices to the Danish travellers and as of today, transavia.com’s summer schedule 2010 is open for booking. The new programme continues the success with low-fare flights to nine sunshiny destinations in southern Europe.
- We have had an excellent start in Denmark, and really look forward to continue serving Danish travellers with cheap fares to the most popular destinations. We are confident that our new summer schedule will be to the Danes’ liking, says Michiel Meijer, Managing Director of transavia.com in Denmark.
The summer schedule starts mid-spring. From April 1, transavia.com will take travellers from Copenhagen to Malaga, Barcelona, Nice, and Rome. Pisa, Chania (Crete), Naples, and Palma de Mallorca opens during April, and Montpellier starts on May 12. Prices start at DKK 395, and forward-looking travellers can book as of today.
Steadily yielding a profit for 31 fiscal years in a row, transavia.com now transports 4,5 million passengers to vacational destinations in Europe and Africa every year. A daughter company to the Air France – KLM group, transavia.com started operations in Denmark in December 2008.
