delays, cancellations or denied boarding

As a passenger you may be faced with a delay, a cancellation or a refusal to allow you to board your flight. The brochures below provide more information about the rights you have if this occurs. This information is available in PDF format and is also provided at the airport.

We make every effort to get you to your destination on time but, unfortunately, you may experience a flight delay for whatever reason. It goes without saying that we always do everything in our power to prevent a delay. But, should your flight be delayed, you can rest assured that we will do our utmost to assist you however we can.

The European Court of Justice has ruled that, in the event of a delay, passengers are entitled to compensation. However, if your flight is delayed due to ‘extraordinary circumstances’, such as a strike, weather conditions, unexpected flight safety problems or others situations that are beyond our control, you will not be entitled to compensation.

If you believe that you are eligible for compensation, you can submit a request using our web form.
