flying with baby

transavia.com permits you to travel with your baby on your lap (€20 per single journey) or reserve a separate seat for your baby (only possible by calling our call centre). If you reserve a separate seat, you pay the same fare as an adult, but can take your car seat with you free of charge, so that your baby can travel in comfort.

safety first
Since the safety and health of your baby is a top priority for us, you may not fly with a baby younger than 7 days old. One adult may travel with a maximum of two babies, but only one baby may sit on the adult’s lap. So, if you are travelling with two babies, you are required to reserve a seat for one of the babies (by calling our call centre). Car seats are not available on board, but you can take one with you free of charge if you have reserved a separate seat for your baby.
