making a group booking via internet


Current fares, flights and departure and arrival times are always shown on the website. You can check fares, flight times and seat availability without committing to anything. You only commit to buying the tickets once you enter and send your credit card details.

if there are more than 9 of you travelling together
The website allows you to make a booking for up to 9 people at a time. If you wish to make a booking for more than 9 people via the website, you will need to make several bookings. For example, if you wish to book seats for 14 people, you will need to make one booking for 9 people and another for 5 people.

transavia.com cannot guarantee that every passenger in the group will be able to travel for the same fare and/or on the same flight.

Please bear in mind that any booking you make via the website has to be paid for in full when you make the booking.

conditions that apply to group bookings made via the website

prices
The seats available on a flight are offered at different fares. The seats available at the lowest fare are always offered first. Once these seats have been sold, the seats available at the next fare up are offered. In most cases you will find that the earlier you book the cheaper the (group) fare will be.

indication of the price
You can call the transavia.com call center and ask for a verbal or written indication of the price and conditions. The price quoted is simply an indication. No rights can be derived from it.

provisional booking
It is not possible to make a provisional booking via the website. If you wish to make a provisional booking you will need to book via the group desk. The booking assistants at the transavia.com call center, will be able to tell you how many seats are available on a certain flight.

names
When booking via the website you have to enter the names of the passengers when you make the booking. The names need to be entered as they appear in the passport! The first name must be given in full.

payment
You must pay for the booking (including airport tax) in full when you make the booking. You can pay for the booking with a credit card.

changes/cancellations
It is possible to change your booking via the website (up to 24 hours prior to departure). If you wish to cancel the booking, you need to contact the transavia.com call center.

The following fees apply:
To change the flight: € 30.00 per person, each way, plus any difference in the fare.
To change a name on a booking: € 35.00 per person, each way, plus any difference in the fare. (You will need to contact the transavia.com call center to do this.)

If you wish to cancel the booking, the fare is non-refundable. Passenger taxes may be refunded. See general conditions of carriage / fare conditions / cancellations for details of the procedure.
