internet check-in help

who can check in online?

you can check in online if:
  • you booked directly through (online or via the call centre)
  • you booked a (package) tour with a travel organisation/agency and received a reservation number with 6 letters and/or numbers from them
  • you booked for at least 1 person and no more than 9 persons
  • it is from 24 hours to 4 hours before the flight departure time

online check-in in 4 easy steps:

step 1. Enter your name, confirmation number and flight number. You do not need to enter a flight number for flights departing from Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Alicante, Valencia, Seville, Faro or Lisbon.

step 2. Select the passenger(s) you wish to check in. If you indicated when booking that you will be travelling with an infant or children, require assistance, or are taking a pet with you in the cabin, we will have already selected the most suitable seat for you. In these cases, you will not be able to change your seat selection.

step 3. Select or change your seat(s). You can change your seat number by clicking on ‘change’ after the seat number. If you have reserved a seat (for a fee), that seat number will be shown directly on your screen.

step 4. Print out your boarding pass(es) and bring them with you to the airport. You will not be allowed to board the plane without a boarding pass. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print out your boarding pass. If you do not have this program, you can download it here. Once you have checked in online, you can check in any hold luggage at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Eindhoven Airport at the special ‘baggage drop-off’ counter. At airports without a baggage drop-off counter, you can check in your luggage at the check-in counter. If you are travelling with hand luggage only, you can proceed directly to the gate.
