Gehen Sie gut vorbereitet auf Reisen mit der Fluginformation von Transavia. Sehen Sie sich regelmäßig die unten stehende Fluginformationen an, damit Sie immer auf dem Laufenden sind (nur in englischer Sprache).
The strike on Monday 19 February has ended. Fortunately, we were able to bring most passengers to their destination later during the day. For others, we have found a different solution and for some we are still making every effort to do so.
It is possible that more actions will follow. However, at this moment it is unsure when and where these will take place. The VNV (Dutch Pilots Association) will inform about the planning and location(s) at least 12 hours in advance. As long as no further actions have been announced, the flights will be executed according to the planned flight schedule. We will make every effort to, in case of further actions, display actual information on our website at least 8 hours prior to a flight.
We are very sorry that our passengers are charged with a discussion about the collective labor agreement and can become the victims of actions. Transavia is prepared to limit the nuisance for our passengers as much as possible in the event of further actions.
Part of Rotterdam The Hague Airport is undergoing renovations, which will enable us to improve the customer experience. As per mid-February, you are referred to a temporary departure hall after passing through the security check. You will find all the usual facilities you expect at Rotterdam The Hague Airport there. We expect the construction work to be completed in December 2018.
Due to EU legislation security is being tightened at the airport in Prague (Václav Havel Airport Prague). As of 15 May 2017, there will be an increased frequency of luggage checks. This means your luggage could also be opened. To ensure that security can open your luggage without damaging it, we recommend you use a TSA lock on your luggage.
You could also lock your luggage with a padlock but do keep in mind that this may be cut open and it will not replaced. Another option is to have your luggage sealed at the airport. After the check, your luggage is then sealed by security using Prague Airport tape. For more information, please go to http://www.prg.aero/en/passengers-check-in/luggage-wrapping/control/
There will be an additional check of hand luggage carried out when boarding at Turkish airports. Therefore you need to be at the gate no later than 1 hour before departure. We therefore ask you to be at the airport 2.5 hours before departure so you can depart without any problems.
At the request of the Dutch authorities, your passport will be scanned before you depart from Dubai.
Due to safety regulations, you are no longer allowed to take the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 with you on a Transavia flight. This ban applies on all Transavia flights.
