Ticket rebooking

We realise that travel plans can change. That is why we let you rebook your flight quickly and easily online. You can rebook your ticket for all passengers or only selected passengers.

Via My Transavia you can easily rebook your flight. Any extra fees are shown immediately and once you have finished making the change, we will send you a new booking confirmation within a few minutes.

The following changes are possible:

  • A different departure airport and/or destination
  • A different travel date
  • A different time
  • Passenger details

What does it cost to make a booking change?

A €50 change fee is charged per person per flight. Is your new ticket more expensive than the original ticket? If the ticket is more expensive when you make your change, you will also have to pay the difference in ticket price between the new fare and the original one. Naturally, you can also call our Service Centre to make the booking change for you. You can do this by telephone up to 72 hours before departure. Flights can also be changed via My Transavia, up to 2 hours before departure.

When is it not possible for me to change my booking myself?

  • You are travelling with a wheelchair or pet. Contact our Service Centre. They will be happy to assist you.
  • You are already checked in. In this case, you can no longer make any booking changes.
  • You booked a Transavia flight through KLM. This booking cannot be accessed in My Transavia. To make changes to this booking, contact the KLM Service Centre. They can be reached 24 hours a day at +31 (0)20 4747 747.
