- Your airline tickets
Your airline ticket can be found in the attachment to the booking confirmation we sent to you by e-mail. Did you lose this e-mail? No reason to panic! Simply contact our Service Centre and they will resend you the e-mail. Did you not book directly with transavia.com but, for example, with a travel agency? Your ticket will be included with your travel documents.
- Your passport or national identity card
Needless to say, you will need a valid passport or national identity card. You will not get much further than the check-in desk with an expired or damaged document. Check with the consulate for the country you are flying to or the website for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs whether you require a passport or national identity card for your trip and how long it should be valid for. If your regular travel document (passport or identity card) is stolen or lost, you can still travel (usually homeward) with a Laissez-passer travel document.
- A visa
A visa is required for some destinations. This depends not only on the destination, but also your nationality. In some cases, you are required to purchase a visa beforehand. So make sure to check this well ahead of your trip by contacting the consulate or embassy for the country to be visited.
