Damaged luggage

Did your bag come off the baggage carousel damaged? This is never the intention. But it is virtually impossible to prevent minor damage to luggage. This is because small scratches and dents can easily occur when loading and unloading your luggage. We do not offer compensation for this.

Major damage to luggage

If the damage is extensive, go to one of the service desks immediately on arrival at the airport. You will be given a form to fill out with all the details. You will need this information to request compensation, if applicable.

Requesting compensation for damaged luggage

If you have travel insurance, it is advisable to request compensation from your insurance company. This is because we have only limited liability for damaged luggage. Do you not have travel insurance? You can request compensation from us. You do this using our online form or by writing to the following address.
