We do our utmost to bring you to your destination on time. Unfortunately, your flight may be delayed for whatever reason. We regret this inconvenience. When this happens, we do everything we can to take care of our passengers. Below is an explanation of your rights in the event of a flight delay.
Depending on the distance of the flight and the length of the delay, you are also entitled to the following extra care:
Meals and/or refreshments in proportion to the length of the delay
Two short phone calls of no more than two minutes per call or (if available) two e-mail messages;
If it is necessary for you to stay one or more nights extra at your destination, we will arrange an accommodation and transport to/from the airport and your accommodation.
The European Court of Justice has determined that you are entitled to compensation if your flight is delayed for more than 3 hours. We sometimes have to cancel our flights to do 'circumstances beyond our control'. These are circumstances over which we have no control, such as bad weather, a strike or unexpected flight safety problems. In this case, you are not entitled to compensation.
If your flight is delayed for more than 3 hours and you believe you are entitled to compensation, you can request compensation by filling out our online contact form.
Was your flight delayed for more than 5 hours and you no longer want to use your ticket? You can request a refund of the cost of your ticket from us. The amount you paid for your ticket will be refunded within 7 days. Naturally, this only applies to the ticket you no longer wish to use. The ticket for which you are requesting a refund is no longer valid in this case.
If your flight is delayed for more than 5 hours and you believe you are entitled to compensation, you can request compensation by filling out our online contact form.
The above conditions also apply to you. You can only request a refund of your flight costs from your travel organisation.
