Hand luggage specifications

You are permitted 1 piece of hand luggage per adult/child.

  • The bag may not weigh more than 10 kg.
  • Fluids, gels and aerosols may be taken in your hand luggage in a maximum quantity of 100 ml per item and a total maximum quantity of 1 litre.

I haven’t decided yet

You’re not yet sure what you’re taking with you. We recommend that you take a small piece of hand luggage no larger than 45 x 40 x 25 cm with you. That’s because it will easily fit under the seat, so it is guaranteed to be allowed into the cabin! If you want to take a larger bag with max. dimensions of 55 x 40 x 25 cm with you, this is not a problem either, but keep in mind that large bags like trolleys will be transported in the hold if there is not enough space in the cabin.

Before you leave home

If all of your belongings fit into a small piece of hand luggage, you can stow it under the seat in front of you. If you also wish to take, for example, a small handbag or laptop, you will have to combine all items before the flight departs because you are only allowed to take 1 piece of hand luggage with you.

Before you leave home

If you are travelling with a large piece of hand luggage, we recommend that you place your valuables (such as travel documents, electronics and/or medicine) in a separate bag and place it in your hand luggage. If we have to place your hand luggage in the hold, you can easily remove this smaller bag and keep it with you during the flight.
