For just €10 per person, per single journey, you can change your flight date up to 12 hours before departure and postpone your trip unlimited times up to one year after booking. So you travel with confidence, whenever it suits you.

Flexible use of your ticket
With Flex, you choose flexibility when changing your flight tickets. For €10 per person, per single flight, you can postpone your departure date and time limitlessly up to one year after your original booking and subject to availability. You don’t pay any separate change fees, only the difference in the ticket price if the new ticket is more expensive.
The condition is that your destination and the travel party remain the same. Flex offers you the freedom that these times call for. So you can travel with peace of mind, whenever you want. Don't have Flex but still want to rebook? You then pay the change fee of €55 per single journey up to 30 days before departure. Less than 30 days before departure, you pay €70 per single journey.
Please note: With Flex, you can change your flight up to 12 hours before departure if you fly to/from the Netherlands or Belgium. Postpone your trip as often as you want up to one year after booking.

You purchase Flex for the outward and return flights and for all passengers you travel with. This way everyone enjoys this benefit.
