This is how to earn Flying Blue Miles
You can earn Flying Blue Miles in many ways. One way is, of course, by booking a flight with Transavia, KLM, or Air France. But that’s not all. Booking your rental car or accommodation through Transavia as well? Then you will get extra Miles. So, you will earn on every part of your trip.
The number of Flying Blue Miles that you receive depends on the rate that you choose when booking your flight (Basic, Plus, or Max rate). It also depends on your Flying Blue level (Explorer, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). The higher your Flying Blue level is, the more Miles you earn and the quicker you will benefit from the discounts.
This is how to earn Experience Points
But how do you reach the next Flying Blue level? Aside from earning Flying Blue Miles, you also automatically earn Experience Points (XP). You can’t use these points for discounts, but they do bring you to the next level (Explorer, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
The number of Experience Points that you receive depends on your flight distance (for a flight book at a Plus or Max rate). You always receive 2 XP with a Basic rate.

If you complete your booking with your Flying Blue account, your Miles will be credited to your account after every completed flight. You can also claim Miles afterwards by adding your Flying Blue number to your booking. Find out how to do that.
Creating an account
