- Postergar su viaje sin costo adicional:
 Puede postergar su viaje con Transavia, a los mismos destinos de su vuelo original, para cualquier otra fecha hasta el 25/10/2017 (sujeto a disponibilidad de asientos). Luego de esta fecha, un cargo adicional por ajuste de precio puede ser necesario. Para postergar su vuelo, por favor contacte nuestro centro de atención.

- Solicitar el reembolso de sus billetes:
 Puede solicitar el reembolso de sus billetes a través de nuestro impreso online. Esta solicitud tiene que ser realizada dentro de los 3 primeros meses luego de la fecha de cancelación.
 
También se esperan retrasos en los vuelos desde París-Orly Sud, Nantes y Lyon.
