Lost something on board?
If you lost a personal item on board our aircraft or in the shuttle upon arrival, you can go to the Transavia baggage counter. You can also report your lost item through our dedicated form (French only).

Lost something at the airport?
If you lost a personal item at the airport, you can contact the airport's "Lost & Found" service. If you are no longer at the airport, check the contact details below. Please keep in mind that Transavia is not responsible for personal items forgotten on board or lost at the airport.
