What should I do if my baggage has not been found?

If your baggage has not been found within 5 days, one of our advisors will contact you to check the status of your baggage and will send you an inventory letter to obtain as much information as possible to identify your baggage.

Our liability is limited, so if your luggage goes missing, we recommend that you contact your insurance company. Most insurance policies cover this loss based on the value of your possessions.

If your baggage has not been found after 21 days, it will be considered lost. In this case, you can make a claim via our contactform.

In the context of compensation under the Montreal Convention, the value of the compensation cannot exceed 1,288 SDR - Special Drawing Rights, the amount of which in euros is variable according to currency fluctuations.

  • Bag tag
  • Booking confirmation
  • Boarding pass
  • Detailed inventory of your baggage (with proof of purchase)
  • Invoices for essential purchases
