Can I change, transfer, or cancel my booking with Transavia Holidays?
Changing a booking is only possible if all suppliers involved (airline, hotels and car rental company) permit it in their conditions. For this purpose, Airtrade charges administration fees of €35 per person.
Do you want to cancel your trip? Then you must pay 100% of the cancellation fees, unless the rate conditions of the service providers (airline, hotels and car rental company) allow for cancellations. In that case, you will get (part of) the sum back. The €35 per person fees also apply. It is not possible to cancel only one part of your booking. When making a cancellation, all parts of your booking (flight, hotel, car) will have to be cancelled.
