What do I get with the Basic package?
Included in the Basic fare (per person):
- Your airline ticket
- 1 piece of hand luggage of max. 40 x 30 x 20 cm (for example a small backpack or handbag ). Always place it under the seat in front of you.
- A number of Miles, based on your Flying Blue Level, plus a fixed number of 2 Experience Points (XP).
Miles:
- Explorer: 100 Miles*
- Silver: 150 Miles*
- Gold: 175 Miles*
- Platinum: 200 Miles*
XP:
- Domestic flights: 2 XP*
- Flights up to 2000 Miles: 2 XP*
- Flights from 2000 Miles: 2 XP*

Booking additional products and services
You can select extra products and services while booking, or book them afterwards via My Transavia. This is possible per person up to two hours before take-off. Examples are booking additional cabin luggage or hold luggage and reserving a seat.
Changing your booking with the Basic fare
You can change the booking up to two hours before departure for a fee.
Basic fare
To change the date or time of your flight or to change your itinerary, you pay a €55 change fee* per seat, per flight. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will also pay the difference in the ticket price.
Flex:
Did you add 'Flex' at €10 p.p. per single flight when booking? And would you like to change the time and/or date of your flight? No change fee will be charged. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will pay the difference in the ticket price.
Please note: With Flex, you can change your flight up to 12 hours before departure if you fly to/from the Netherlands or Belgium (flight number starts with HV, e.g. HV6003) and 2 hours before departure for flights to/from France (flight number starts with TO, e.g. TO7604). Postpone your trip as often as you want up to one year after booking.
You can also change the passenger details. You can make 1 change per passenger for free: first name, surname or date of birth. To make more than 1 change, you pay a €55 change fee per person per single flight, plus the possible difference in ticket price.
*Please note: if you made a booking before 24 February, the change fee is €50. Please contact the Service Centre for this. Have you already checked in? Then it is no longer possible to change your booking.
