Mountains or beach?

Corsica is in line with Rome as the crow flies, which means it is a good place to stay at almost any time of the year. The island is blessed with several delightful beaches with white sands and clear blue water. Splendid Cap Corse

On the most northerly tip of Corsica, you can find the peninsula of Cap Corse. This wild natural area with its typical Corsican undergrowth is great fun to cross in a couple of hours in your rental car. While you are treated to a splendid view, on the way you will discover small villages on hills, wonderful bays, and medieval castles and ruins.
