Transport to/from the airport

Pula´s airport is located about 8 km to the east of the city centre. You can travel to/from the airport by taxi or bus.
  • Taxi

    The taxi ranks are outside, in front of the arrival hall. It is recommended to agree a price before you leave. This will avoid any unpleasant surprises.
  • Bus

    There is a bus around 200 metres from the airport. The journey to the centre of Pula takes about 15 minutes.

Transport in the city/region

Travel anywhere within Pula:
  • Bus

    The historic centre of Pula is pedestrianised and there are a lot of narrow streets. The best way to see most of the sights is by foot. Do you want to explore Pula's surroundings? The best way to do this is by bus. Pula has an excellent bus network. You can also take the bus to other places such as Split.
  • Train

    If you want to explore other large cities in Croatia, take the train. They are reliable and run on time. Only Dubrovnik is not on the railway network.
  • Taxi

    Taxis are very expensive in Pula. If you want to travel by taxi you can hail them anywhere on the street.
