Important information

  • The plugs used in Dubai are different than those used in the Netherlands so bring an adapter for your electrical equipment!
  • The sun is strong in Dubai, especially in summer. Use a suntan lotion with a high UV factor.
  • Of course, you want to record your holiday for posterity, but do not forget that you may not photograph anyone in Dubai without their permission.
  • Beach clothing is only accepted on the beach or at hotels. Topless sunbathing and swimming is prohibited.

You need a valid passport. Your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months upon arrival.

In winter, it is 3 hours later in Dubai than it is in the Netherlands and in summer it is 2 hours later.
