A call for strike has been issued by a non-representative union of crew members from 1 - 7 January 2018 (this only concerns flights with a flight number starting with TO).
7 January: All our flights will operate as scheduled.
However, if despite all our efforts, your flight is delayed or cancelled at the last minute you will be informed by email, SMS or phone. This disruption can be also induced by the current weather conditions. Also, due to operational reasons, some flights will be operated by other airlines. These airlines fully comply with all our safety and quality standards. Please note we will do our utmost to minimize delays as much as possible. We strongly recommend you to arrive at the airport well ahead of time; at least 3 hours prior to departure.
If you choose to not travel on this date (7 January 2018) anymore, we offer you the following, based on our commercial conditions:
- Postpone your trip free of charge:
You can postpone your trip to the same destination as your initial flight. For this change, you can choose any date (subject to availability of seats) until 21/01/2018.
If you want to change to a date between 21/01/2018 and 5/03/18, you can postpone your trip without change fee. Only a fare difference will be charged.
In order to postpone your trip, please contact our Service Centre. You may also postpone your trip online via My Transavia and request a refund of your change fee and/or fare difference via our online form.
