Changing passenger details
If you have entered the wrong date of birth or you want to transfer a ticket to someone else, you can easily change the passenger details online. Read how it works here.
Is the wrong name or date of birth or name stated on your ticket? At Transavia, you can change your passenger details via My Transavia. You can make one change per passenger for free: first name, last name or date of birth. So if you make a spelling mistake, it won't cost you anything.
If you make more than one change and your flight number starts with HV, you pay a €55 change fee per single flight for changes made more than 30 days before departure. If it less than 30 days before departure, you pay €70 per single flight.
If your flight number starts with TO, you pay €65* per single flight.
*Please note :
- From March 12 onwards, these chhanges will cost €89 online and €99 via customer service if made 5 days or less before the departure of the original flight.
- Modifications made 6 days or more before departure will remain €60 online and €70 via customer service.
In case of a name change, you rebook the ticket. If the ticket price is more expensive at that time, you also pay the price difference. Once you have completed the change, you will receive a new booking confirmation within a few minutes.
Good to know: you cannot change passenger details if you booked a round trip and the outbound flight has already departed, if your flight leaves within two hours, or if you have already checked in.
If you want to change the name on the ticket, the same change fee applies as above. You will also pay any difference in the ticket price. All additional products and services you have booked, such as checked baggage and a seat reservation remain valid.
The name on your ticket must exactly match your first name and last name on your passport or national ID card. If you have multiple first names, you do not have to list them.
