Strike French Air Traffic Control 9-11 October 2017

In France, a national strike has been announced from Monday October 9th 19.00 local time to Wednesday October 11th 06.00 local time. It has been confirmed that the strike will include Air Traffic Control.

This means that delays may be possible on all flights of Transavia (both to and from France as to and from our other destinations going through French air space) on these dates. We will do our utmost to minimize delays as much as possible.

We offer you to either postpone your trip free of charge, or to ask for the refund of your flight:

- Postpone your trip free of charge:

 You can postpone your trip on Transavia on the same destination as your initial flight, on any date until 25/10/2017 included (subject to availability of seats). Beyond this date, a price adjustment may be required. In order to postpone your trip, please contact our call center.

- Ask for a refund of your ticket:

 You can ask for a refund of your ticket via our online form. This request has to be done within 3 months following your flight’s cancellation date.

We advise you to check both the flight status information on our website and the website of your departure airport for latest information. In the event of a cancelled flight, we will inform you per e-mail and SMS. If you have booked via a travel agency, they will inform you.
