Voucher for group bookings
If your group booking has been cancelled because of the coronavirus, you will receive an email from us. In this email we explain that you will receive a voucher worth the full amount of your booking.
Voucher conditions
Please note! These conditions only apply to group bookings made via the Transavia group department.
- When a new group booking is made, the amount already paid for the cancelled group booking will be applied to the new group booking
- Is the new group booking cheaper than the amount of the cancelled group trip that has already been paid? Then you can use this balance for a new group booking. If the new group booking is more expensive, you will pay the price difference.
- The amount of the cancelled group booking can only be offset against a new group booking and must be requested via Transavia’s group travel department. It is not possible to use this amount to make a regular booking on our website.
- A new group booking can be made for a flight until the end of October 2021.
- You can make a new group booking for all Transavia destinations.
- If you do not want to make a new group booking, you can exchange the value of the amount already paid for the cancelled flight for money after one year.
Do you want to book a new group trip? Here are the steps!
1. You can request a new group trip by using the group form.
2. You will receive a quote for the requested group trip from the group travel department
3. Do you approve the quote? Please reply to the email with the request to settle this group booking with the cancelled group booking. Important: Don’t forget to mention the booking number (GB-number) of the cancelled group trip in the email.
4. The group travel department will get to work on the new group booking. Both the deposit and the balance can be offset against the amount of the cancelled group booking. The option costs will be handled according to the normal payment link method.
5. Do you have any money left from the cancelled booking after this? Then you can use this amount to make a new group booking
Group trip cancelled from June 4
Has your group trip been cancelled with a departure date from June 4, 2020? Then you can choose between a refund or a voucher in the form of a settlement with a new group booking.
Do you want a refund of your group booking? Send an email to [email protected] with the request to refund the amount already paid for the group booking. Refunds may take longer than you are used to from us. We ask for your understanding for this.
Please note! Cancelled group bookings from or to Brussels always receive a voucher. You can use this voucher to make a new group booking.
