How do I change passenger details?

You can change the first name, surname, date of birth and gender and passport information through My Transavia. You can make one change per passenger for free. We charge a fee for more changes. Any extra fees for the change(s) will be shown immediately. Once you have finished making the changes, we will send you a new booking confirmation within a few minutes.

This is how it works:

1. Log in to My Transavia.

2. On the overview page at the bottom, click ‘change passenger details’.

3. Enter the changes. Any extra fees for the change(s) will be shown immediately.

4. Once you have finished making the changes and completed any payments, you will receive within a few minutes a new booking confirmation with the changed details.
