How should I bring refrigerated medicines on board?

Bringing medicines that need to stay cool? Keep these tips in mind:

• We’re unable to keep your medicines refrigerated on the plane;
• Pack your medicines in cool packs or special vacuum flasks and make sure that these cooling materials meet the safety regulations for hand luggage;
• Always carry your medicines in your hand luggage (max. 40 x 30 x 20 cm).
