Boarding pass

Transavia’s boarding pass is used to go through security control and board the plane. There are different types of boarding passes: the paper boarding pass and the mobile boarding pass. The paper version is printed at home and brought with you to the airport. Prefer having the boarding pass on your mobile phone? Then check in online via My Transavia and download the boarding pass to your mobile phone using the QR code. Once you’ve arrived at the airport, open the boarding pass on your mobile phone and hold it in front of the scanner. Please note that you cannot display your mobile boarding pass on your tablet, nor can you print it. You can use Transavia’s mobile boarding pass at all airports, except when departing from Dubai. Unable to download or print your boarding pass? No worries. Check in online via our website and head to one of the check-in desks at the airport. You can easily print your boarding pass there. Checked in and boarding pass sorted? Then it's time to go to security control. Tip: make sure everyone has their own mobile or paper boarding pass to hand so that boarding runs smoothly.
