Your boarding pass, also known as the Transavia boarding pass, is used to go through security control and board the plane. There are two types of boarding passes: you can either print a paper copy at home and take it with you to the airport or opt for a digital version. Check in online via My Transavia and download the boarding pass to your mobile phone using the QR code. At the airport, open the boarding pass on your mobile phone and hold it in front of the scanner. Unable to download or print your boarding pass? No worries. Check in online via our website and get your boarding pass at the check-in desk at the airport. Good to know: Mobile boarding passes can only be used on your smartphone, not on tablets. You also can’t print a digital boarding pass.
Checked in and boarding pass sorted? Then it is time to go through security control. Tip: Make sure everyone has their own mobile or paper boarding pass handy so that boarding goes smoothly.
Special regulations for Morocco and Dubai: Are you flying to/from Morocco or Dubai? Print your boarding pass. These countries do not accept digital boarding passes on your phone. Always bring a paper version.
