What is Flex?

You can buy Flex when you book your ticket(s). 

On flights to and from France, you can add the Flex option to your ticket at the Basic and Smart fares. This will allow you to change the time and date of your flight up to 2 hours before departure without paying any change fees, only the fare difference between tickets. From €10 per person per one-way trip, you can postpone your departure date and time unlimited times up to 2 hours before your scheduled departure, and this up to one year after your initial booking, subject to availability.
