How do I claim missing Flying Blue Miles?

Have you flown with Transavia recently but have not yet received your Miles? It's easy to claim your missing Miles. You can only claim Flying Blue Miles if you send us your boarding pass and your booking information. So make sure you save these after your flight.

Do you still have to complete your flight? Simply add your Flying Blue number via My Transavia before departure.
