Hold booking for group travel

An offer can be changed into an option in its whole. Meaning that if you requested an offer for a return flight, to transform only the outbound or return into an option, you need to request a new offer. 

The costs of taking an option are €100 for groups up to 50 persons and €200 for groups of more than 51 persons. The period depends on the number of days prior to departure. You can pay these costs using the payment link you receive by email. The payment must be completed within 24 hours. After that period, the payment link and your option automatically expire. An option is not possible ≤60 days prior to departure. >180 days prior to departure, it is possible to extend the option once by two weeks. The cost for this is €200. When confirming the booking, the costs for the option are deducted from the down payment. If you do not book the option, you will not receive a refund.
