Why can’t I change my passenger details?
You can change your passenger details yourself, except in the following cases:
- You booked a return flight and the outbound flight has already taken place.
- It is less than two hours before the (planned) departure of your flight.
- You are already checked-in. In this case, you can no longer make any booking changes. Take note: as soon as one of the passengers in a joint booking has checked in, the other passengers can no longer change their passenger details.
If you didn’t book directly with Transavia, contact your travel organisation to change your passenger details.
You can only the change passenger details of a child travelling alone through our Service Centre.
