Payment with a physical card?
If you paid with a physical card, please enter the flight date, the last 4 digits of your card, and your flight number.
Payment via mobile payment (wallet)?
If you made your in-flight purchase using a wallet such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay or any other mobile payment method, please enter the flight date, the last 4 digits of the card used, and the flight number.
Important: The last 4 digits required are not those of your physical card, but those of the virtual card used for the payment.

- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
- Select the card used for the purchase.
- Tap the "..." button (top right), then "Card Number".
- The last 4 digits displayed are those of your Apple Pay virtual card.

- Open the Samsung Pay app on your phone.
- Select the card used for the purchase.
- Go to Card Details to see the last 4 digits of your virtual card.
- If needed, tap "Information" or "Card Details" for more information.
Finding the last 4 digits of your Google Pay virtual card.
- Open the Google Pay app on your phone.
- At the bottom, select the “Payment” option.
- In the Payments section, choose your card.
- Swipe up to find the card number.
Payment in cash?
If you paid in cash, please enter the flight date, the flight number, and your seat number (shown on your boarding pass).
