I want to take out travel or cancellation insurance through you, but it does not work. Why is this?

For almost all Transavia flights, you can take out travel or cancellation insurance with our insurance partner Chubb. But there are exceptions.  

Want to take out travel insurance? This is only possible if you travel there and back with Transavia. And the condition is that the difference between the outward and return flights does not exceed 31 days. 

Want to take out cancellation insurance? Make sure you do this within 7 days of booking. After 7 days, it is no longer possible to take out cancellation insurance. 

The following conditions apply to both travel and cancellation insurance: 

• You live in Europe 
• Your booking consists of fewer than 25 people. 

Does the travel or cancellation insurance I have taken out with your insurance partner Chubb change if I change my booking? 

Have you changed the details of one or more passengers in your booking? You don't have to do anything! The details of the insurance taken out will change automatically.
