Why doesn’t my credit card work?
If your credit card is declined, there may be several reasons for this:

- The expiration date for your credit card may have lapsed. In this case, we recommend contacting your credit card company.
- You have not yet activated your credit card. In this case, we recommend contacting your credit card company.
- The connection for authorising your credit card may have timed out or there is a network error. Try again later on.
