Do I need to reserve a seat for my special luggage?

If your special hand luggage is a maximum size of 55 x 40 x 25 cm, you can take it with you as a cabin bag in the overhead luggage compartments. Book your cabin bag in My Transavia or via our Service Centre.  

Is your hand luggage larger than this, for example a wedding dress, musical instrument or a camera? Then you can book an extra seat via our Service Centre. The maximum size, including a case or protective covering, is 110 x 44 x 55 cm. The maximum weight is 20 kg. Is your special hand luggage larger than this? Please inform the Service Centre. They will help you find the best solution.

As long as you haven’t checked in (online), you can book your hold luggage until a maximum of 2 hours before departure via My Transavia.
