How can I request a no-show statement?

Did you not take the flight? In some cases, you can get a refund through your cancellation insurance. If you claim a refund of your ticket from your insurance, then you may be asked for a ‘no show statement’. This is a statement confirming that you did not take the flight. You can apply for a no show statement through My Transavia:

• Go to My Transavia

• On the first page, select ‘No show statement’

• Click on ‘Continue’

• Enter the required details and click on ‘Download’

• The document will be downloaded automatically
