How much does it cost to change my flight?

The change fee will depend on the package you have chosen. When booking, you chose the Basic, Plus or Max fare.

Basic fare
You pay a change fee to change the date or time of your flight or to change your itinerary. The change fee* is €55 per seat per flight. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will also pay the difference in ticket price.  

Flex:
Did you add 'Flex' at €10 p.p. per single flight when booking? And would you like to change the time and/or date of your flight? No change fee will be charged. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will pay the difference in the ticket price.

Please note: With Flex, you can change your flight up to 12 hours before departure if you fly to/from the Netherlands or Belgium (flight number starts with HV, e.g. HV6003) and 2 hours before departure for flights to/from France (flight number starts with TO, e.g. TO7604). Postpone your trip as often as you want up to one year after booking.

Plus fare
You can change the date, time and/or route of your flight as often as you want until 14 days before departure. You do not pay any change fees. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will pay the difference in the ticket price. 

If you want to change your flight within 14 days before departure, you pay a change fee* of €55 per seat per flight. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will also pay the difference in the ticket price. 

Max fare
You can change the date, time and/or itinerary as often as you want until 2 hours before departure. You do not pay any change fees. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will pay the difference in the ticket price.

*Please note: if you made a booking before 24 February, the change fee is €50. Please contact the Service Centre for this.
