Can I reserve a seat if I travel with a wheelchair?

When you are unable to walk and need to be lifted into your seat, then unfortunately, you are unable to reserve a seat in advance. We will ensure that you are allocated the most suitable seat.

For safety reasons, you are not allowed to sit next to an emergency exit if you are travelling with a wheelchair or have limited mobility.

Please note: we have a wheelchair available on board. It can be used to go to the toilet. The condition for use is that you can get in and out of the wheelchair on your own, both from your chair and the toilet. The cabin crew is not allowed to assist with any lifting.
