What should I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Have you combined several flights and one of them is delayed or cancelled? Our partner Dohop will look for an alternative flight for you to use at no extra charge. Simply contact Dohop's Customer Service at +33 1 82 88 14 50 (price of a local call) or send an email to [email protected].
If it is not possible to find an alternative, Dohop will refund the unused part of your booking. If the new flight does not leave until the next day, Dohop will also refund the price of a hotel room (from €60 to €100) and all meals (worth €15 per meal).
