Can I change, transfer, or cancel my booking with Transavia Holidays?

Want to rebook your holiday? You can exchange your Transavia Holidays booking with Airtrade up to 21 days before departure. With our exchange guarantee, we cancel your package holiday and give you a voucher. You can easily book a new holiday with Transavia Holidays using this voucher. The great thing is you can choose a different destination and/or travel date. This gives you all the freedom you need for your new holiday plans, and you have flexibility. The administration costs are €35 per person.

Do you want to cancel your trip? If you cancel, we generally apply a 100% cancellation fee unless the Fare Conditions of the chosen service providers (airline, hotel, car rental company) allow cancellations. In that case, you will be refunded (part of) the amount. The fee for this is also €35 per person. Good to know: if you cancel, you cancel all parts of your trip (flight, hotel and rental car).
