If I need to buy first necessities items, will I be reimbursed? 

If you do not reside in the country of arrival of the flight and we have not delivered your baggage, we understand that you may need to purchase essential items (clothing, toiletries, etc.). 
 
We undertake to reimburse you for the associated costs up to a limit of €60 per passenger per day, within a limit of 5 days, on presentation of the receipts. You can make a claim via our contactform
